Why you should pick Tensho Office
No residence card required
If you currently live outside of Japan and do not have residence card, don't worry.
The documents you need is application form and your passport. (for personal contract)
No guarantor required
Usually you will need a guarantor when you rent an apartment in Japan. But as for Tensho Office, a guarantor is not required.
No utility fee
Utility fee such as water bill electricity bill is included in the common service fee, and no additional payment required.
24/7 air conditioning and heater
Typical rental office space do not offer 24/7 air conditioning system. They let you use it during a day weekday, but at night and weekends. At Tensho Office you can use air conditioning and heater anytime so you can focus on your job without worrying the time.
Internet service
High speed shared internet is available at Tensho Office.
If you need fixed IP address, you need to make a contract with a provider by yourself.
Photocopy machine
We will lend you a photocopy card and count the number of side of paper you used. It costs 10 yen for black and white and 45 yen for colored copy.
You only need to pay as much as you used.
Cleaning service
Our staff clean the shared space from Monday to Friday. Vacuum and carpet roller is provided on each floor so you can keep your room clean.
Provided furniture
We provide desk and chairs. Adding more and removing them is free.
Register-able address
The locations of Thensho Office is amazingly close to each stations. Also the stations we pick to build our rental offices have large number of the train users and it suit for business of course.
